Iraq reports 87 coronavirus infections, 7 new deaths.

Iraq reported 87 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, the Iraqi Ministry of Health announced on Friday.

The new casualties were distributed as:

Baghdad / Rusafa: 26 cases,
Baghdad / Al-Karkh: 21 cases,
Medical City: 1 case,
Basra: 2 cases,
Najaf: 1 case,
Sulaymaniyah: 5 cases,
Erbil: 5 cases,
Kerbala: 3 cases,
Diyala: 4 cases,
Muthana: 6 cases,
Nineveh: 1 case,
Dhiqar: 12 cases.

The ministry indicated that 7 new deaths were recorded, while 49 cases have recovered, as follows:

Baghdad / Rusafa: 10 recoveries,
Baghdad / Karkh: 16 recoveries,
Medical City: 11 recoveries,
Basra: 9 recoveries,
Dhiqar: 3 recoveries.

The ministry added that the total number of infections reached 3964, the total number of deaths 147, and the total number of recovery cases 2532, cases under treatment: 1285.
