On Wednesday, the Secretary-General of Badr Organization Mr. Hadi Al-Amiri offered condolences to Al-Hamdaniya incident, reiterating his call to the government departments concerned with the need to compel the implementation of safety measures.
Al-Amiri said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) “We express with great pain our condolences and great sympathy to the families of the victims of the tragic Al-Hamdania fire in Nineveh Governorate, asking Allah to include the victims with mercy, and give the injured a speedy recovery.”
He added, “We renew our call to the concerned government departments, for the inevitability of strictness and non-tolenge in the implementation and review of public safety procedures, and safety standards and conditions for public buildings and facilities.”
