Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani briefed the coordination framework during its regular meeting on the outcomes of its participation in the work of the United Nations General Assembly held in New York and the meetings it held on the sidelines of its meetings.
A press release, which Al-Ghadeer received a copy of, indicated that the coordination framework held its regular meeting on Monday evening at the leadership level in the office of Mr. Ammar Al-Hakim, in the presence of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, who provided details about his visit to New York and his attendance at the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly in its 78th session. And the meetings he held there on the sidelines of the association’s work.
According to the statement, the meeting discussed the latest political and security developments and national service projects that the government is implementing at an increasing pace, noting that Al-Sudani informed the attendees about his visit to New York.
The statement added, “While the meeting expressed its commitment to working in accordance with the principle of separation of powers and respecting its decisions, the coordination framework affirmed Iraq’s commitment to all international understandings and decisions that regulate the relationship with countries of the world and the region and at various levels.”
The meeting presented the latest preparations of the Coordination Framework forces to run in the elections, calling on citizens for broad participation to complete service projects in their governorates.
