In details: The numbers of Iraqi refugees in 35 countries for the past five years

The Summit Foundation for Refugees in Iraq and Kurdistan Region published on Sunday a statistic of the number of Iraqi refugees in 35 countries in the world during the past five years.

The statistic included the refugee population in these countries since the 2015-2020.

According to the statistic in 2015, 186,422 people emigrated, 25 of whom died and 7 of them missing.

In 2016, 160,717 people immigrated, 78 died and 54 were missing.

In 2017, 92,691 people emigrated, 29 died and 67 others went missing.

In 2018, 69,203 people immigrated, 54 died and18 were missing.

In 2019, 53,240 people immigrated, 47 died and 10 were missing.

In 2020, immigration continues, 9 people have died and 15 others were missing.

The total number of Iraqi migrants over the past five years is 562,293 people, of whom 242 have died and 171 are missing.
