Al-Amiri renews his rejection of the presence of foreign ground forces on the Iraqi territory

The head of the Fatah alliance Hadi al-Amiri rejected the presence of any ground forces on Iraqi soil. Indicating that the Iraqi parliament has already rejected the presence of these forces”

Amiri said in a statement to Al-Ghadeer that the House of Representatives did not agree to the presence of no ground troops or foreign air bases inside Iraq. It is certain that this is a matter of course and we do not accept any American presence in Iraq.

 

He pointed out that the technical matters and the presence of troops for the purpose of consultation or training, it is up to the government to get approval of parliament.
