Spanish health authorities announced today, Saturday, that 378 new deaths from the new Corona virus “Covid-19” have been recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll from the epidemic to 22,902 deaths.
During the last day, the Spanish Ministry of Health recorded 2944 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases monitored 223,759.
Since 3,353 people have recovered since yesterday, the number of people recovered increased to 95,708.
The new death toll in Spain today is a slight increase compared to the figures for the previous day (367 deaths, the lowest in the country since March 21), but the rate of new infections witnessed a sharp decrease of more than 50% compared to yesterday (6,740 injuries).
Spain ranks second and third in a row in the list of countries most affected by Coruna in the world in terms of injuries and deaths.
