A three-day curfew will be implemented in Turkey as part of measures to contain the spread of coronavirus. The curfew from the 1st to the 4th of May will involve 31 cities.
The curfew will follow a 4-day lockdown declared by the Turkish Interior Ministry in 31 cities due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The ministry announced that during the 4-day ban period, judicial and administrative procedures were carried out on a total of 35,422 people on the grounds of “not following the rules”.
According to the figures announced by Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca on Sunday, a total of 2,805 people have died of coronavirus while 110,130 people were infected.
