Iraqi PMF destroyed three dens, a number of ISIS tunnels southeast Kirkuk

The Popular Mobilization Forces announced, on Tuesday, the destruction of three dens and a number of tunnels southeast of Kirkuk.

A statement by the Security Media Cell stated, “Forces in Hashed al-Sha’abi and during the Heroes of Iraq operations that were launched this morning under the direction of Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mustafa al-Kazimi, through brigade 22 and within the field surveys of the liberated areas in Kirkuk, killed Two terrorists after trying to escape, in the village of Suhail, southeast of Kirkuk.

“The brigade’s forces themselves managed to destroy three dens and a number of tunnels southeast of Kirkuk,” the statement added.

He continued, “The 22nd Brigade of the Popular Mobilization found logistical and medical materials that were used by ISIS terrorist elements in Wadi al-Shayi, and the seized materials were dealt with fundamentally.”
