At least three civilians were killed and another wounded when a roadside bomb exploded near al-Abbasiya roundabout in Syrian city of Daraa, New Agency SANA reported on Saturday night.
According to the agency, an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by ISIS terrorists near al-Abbasiya roundabout in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood of Daraa city went off, killing three civilians, injuring another and causing material damage to the area.
Daraa governorate has been repeatedly attacked by gunmen, with three civilians injured on June 11th when an explosive device exploded on the road between al-Harak and Al-Soura towns in Daraa al-Sharqi countryside.
Since the outbreak of the war in Syria in 2011, the southern province of Daraa has been the scene of heavy fighting between government forces and terrorists.
During 2017 and 2018, the Syrian army regained control of most of the southern areas.
