British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been involved in a minor car crash after a protester ran in front of a car as it left Parliament in London.
A protester forced one of the cars in Mr Johnson’s convoy to brake suddenly, and the vehicle following behind hit the boot of the first car.
Footage posted on social media showed a protester running towards the prime minister’s car as he left the House of Commons. It is not thought that Mr Johnson was driving.
A dent was visible in the silver Jaguar as the convoy drove off.
Several groups were protesting outside Parliament in small numbers on Wednesday, including anti-Brexit and pro-Kurdish groups.
Number 10 confirmed the incident did involve a vehicle carrying the prime minister.
