Powerful explosions thundered in two military US bases in Japan and Syria

At the US Air Force Base “Kadena”, located in Japan, a powerful explosion occurred, which injured at least 8 US Air Force personnel, while sources report the destruction of at least two vehicles and the damage of three combat aircraft, learned ِAlghadeer.

It is reported that the explosion occurred due to spontaneous detonation of a stationary tank with chemicals, while a fire started destroying two vehicles nearby, and at least three aircraft received damage as a result of the debris, although there was official evidence of damage to the aircraft apparatuses from the command of the Kadena airbase has not yet been received.

What exactly could have caused the explosion is still unknown, however, this fact may become a new reason for criticizing American military bases located in Okinawa.

The second explosion was in Syria. Powerful explosions thundered in Syria at the SDF and US ammunition depot, which is located in the province of Hasaka. According to preliminary data, none of the people were injured.

There are few details about the incident so far. It is reported that the explosions could have been the result of detonation of ammunition stored at the Syrian Democratic Forces warehouse in the vicinity of Rumelain. As a result of the incident, American weapons were destroyed. Judging by the videos that constantly appear on the web, the explosions were repeated.

The large warehouse, as well as the territory within a radius of several meters around it, were destroyed as a result of the incident. There is no information about the victims, but it is known that at least one hundred fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces were in the area.

Regional publications report that the US military arrived almost immediately. At the moment, two versions of the incident are being considered – sabotage and UAV attack. Other details are being clarified.
