Iraq reports 1958 new COVID-19 cases, 104 deaths, 1786 recovery in 24 hours

Iraq reported 1958 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, the Iraqi Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday.

The new casualties were distributed as:

Baghdad / Al-Karkh 194
Baghdad / Medical City 38
Najaf 84
Sulaymaniyah 146
Erbil 85
Dohuk 1
Kerbala 119
Kirkuk 53
Diyala 75
Wasit 39
Babylon 30
Basra 248
Maysan 102
Diwaniya 65
Dhiqar 340
Muthana 5
Salahuddin 14
Anbar 4
Nineveh 9

The ministry indicated that 104 new deaths were recorded, while 1786 cases have recovered.

The ministry added that the total number of infections reached 49109, the total number of deaths is 1943, and the total number of recovery cases 24760, cases under treatment: 22406.
