Covid-19: 2225 recoveries and 2735 news cases in Iraq today

Iraq registered, on Monday, 2735 new cases and of Covid-19, as well as about 2225 recoveries and 66 fatalities in the past 24 hours.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment said in a statement that, 13647 tests were performed today,

The newly recovery cases were distributed as follows:

Baghdad / Al-Rusafa 307, Baghdad / Al-Karkh 407, Medical City 102, Najaf 210, Al-Sulaymaniyah 36, Erbil 77, Duhok 9,  Karbala 229, Kirkuk 81, Diyala 70, Wasit 96, Babel 149, Basra 168, Maysan 50, Al-Diwaniyah 82, Dhi Qar 34, Al-Anbar 37, Saladin 35, and Nineveh 46.

The statement indicated that the cases that are diagnosed amounted to 2735 cases, distributed as follows:

Baghdad/ Al-Rusafa 183, Baghdad/ Al-Karkh 572, Medica city 66,  Najaf 127, Al-Sulaymaniyah 50, Erbil 207, Duhok 77, Kirkuk 65, Karbala 300, Diyala 99, Wasit 52,  Basra 232, Maysan 87, Babel 159, Dhi Qar 59, Al-Diwaniyah 105, Al-Anbar 75, Muthanna 71, Nineveh 132, and Saladin 17.

While 66 mortality cases were registered, as follows:

Baghdad/ Al-Rusafa 7, Baghdad/ Al-Karkh 4, Medical city 1,  Duhok 3  Al-Sulaymaniyah 4, Erbil 2, Karbala 2, Kirkuk 9,  Diyala 4, Basra 11, Wasit 3, Babel 3, Dhi Qar 1, Al-Anbar1,  Nineveh 2, Muthanna 5, Al-Diwaniyah 2 and Saladin 2.

Since the beginning of the outbreak, the total number of:

Confirmed cases: 131886.

Recoveries 94111 (71.4% of the cases).

Inpatients: 32841, which 514 admitted to ICU.

Fatalities: 4934.
