Iraqi security forces managed to apprehend five members of the Islamic State (IS) in Diyala province, a statement said on Sunday.
The “Agency for Intelligence and Federal investigations” said that its forces captured five terrorists who had been on the wanted list, adding that they used to operate in the group’s so-called “Diyala sector”.
Meanwhile, the Military Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense said in a statement that Anbar Operations Command’s intelligence located a “terrorist” who had been wanted for charges related to terrorism.
