The electoral commission said Monday that the primary rate of voting in the general vote was 41 percent, while the number of voters in the stations was about 10 million.
“The primary voting rate in the general ballot was 41 percent,” the commission said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
“The number of voters in the stations was about 10 million,” the commission said, adding that the number of complaints in the special vote was 16, while the general vote was 58.
