Iraqi Federal Court postpones the election appeal hearing to the 26th of this month

The Federal Court decided, on Wednesday, to postpone the hearing of the appeal against the election results.

The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by “Al-Ghadeer”, that “the Federal Court decided to postpone the hearing of the appeal against the election results until the 26th of December.”

He added, “This came after listening to the last arguments and requests of the two litigating parties.”
