The head of Al-Fateh Alliance Mr. Hadi Al-Amiri called the national forces to give priority to the language of moderation, stressing the importance of getting Iraq out of its ordeal into the space of freedom and dignity.
A statement issued by the media office of the head of Al-Fateh Alliance, received by the Alghadeer News, stated that “During these blessed days, the anniversary of the martyrdom of the origin of the Islamic revolution in Iraq, the great Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (may his secret be sanctified) and his sister the honorable bint al-Huda (may Allah Almighty have his mercy on them both) at the hands of the repressive Saddam’s tomb regime.
The statement added, “It is divinely wise to associate the memory of the murder of Martyr Al-Sadr with the anniversary of the fall of his damned murderer Saddam on the ninth of April, and this is a lesson for those who considered it, for the tyrant fell humiliated by the hands of his masters, while the martyr al-Sadr, he turned into a symbol of inspiration for the nation, and a beacon for generations, scholars, and thinkers, and his intellectual and political heritage turned into a living school that occupies academic and political arenas until today.
