Iraqi forces foil an attack on an oil refinery in Diyala

The Iraqi security forces seized drones in Diyala Governorate, on Thursday.

A security source said, “A force from the Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency intercepted two cars transporting armed drones in Baqubah in Diyala.”

The source added that the drones would be used to target an Iraqi oil refinery.

He did not give further information.
