The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance and the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi Al-Amiri, issued a statement on the departure of the Deputy Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Abdul Karim Al-Ansari, following a traffic accident in Maysan Governorate on Friday (May 6, 2022).
Al-Amiri said in a statement received by “Al-Ghadeer” website:
“Today we lost one of the statures of jihad and generosity, the owner of an honorable history and good biography, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hajj Abdul Karim Al-Ansari, in an unfortunate traffic accident while performing his duty. “With this great loss, I offer my condolences to the family of the great deceased, our brothers in the Badr Organization, and the Iraqi people, for whom the dear deceased, his honorable life, vowed.”
In his statement, Al-Amiri recalled, “the famous positions of Hajj Abu Maryam, from the days of jihad against the tyrant to the days of tireless political work in the government and parliament, to the days of confronting terrorism.”
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali, in a tweet, offered condolences for the departure of Abdul Karim Al-Ansari.
For its part, the Popular Mobilization Committee offered condolences to the Iraqi people and the Badr Organization on the death of the Assistant Secretary-General of the Badr Organization Abdul Karim Al-Ansari in the line of duty. The text of condolence was:

We received with great pain and sadness the news of the death of the Deputy Secretary-General of Badr Organization, Hajj Abdul Karim Al-Ansari, and one of his companions, following an unfortunate traffic accident in Maysan Governorate.
If we condole the Mujahideen in the Badr Organization with this tragedy, we recall the positions of the Ansari Mujahid in the face of Takfiri and terrorist organizations and his long history of fighting oppression and tyranny in defense of the weak against the regime of the buried tyrant.
On this occasion, we extend our condolences and prayers to the families of the late and his companions, and we wish them patience and solace in his parting.
The head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front, Hassan Turan, sent a telegram of condolences, and the Nineveh Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization issued today, Friday (6 May 2022), condolences on the departure of the Assistant Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hajj Abu Maryam Al-Ansari, who passed away this morning in an unfortunate traffic accident.
The Iraqi Radio and Television Union expressed its sympathy and condolences on the death of the Deputy Secretary-General of the “Abu Maryam Al-Ansari” organization.
