Al-Amiri calls on Muqtada al-Sadr to turn a blind eye to the fake leaks

Today, Wednesday (July 20, 2022), the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Hajj Hadi Al-Amiri, called on Muqtada Al-Sadr to turn a blind eye to the fake leaks.

Al-Amiri said in his speech at the Al-Ghadeer Festival: “The Al-Ghadeer Media Festival is attended by 183 institutions and a number of newspapers and news agencies from inside and outside.”

He added, “The Ghadeer Festival represents an opportunity to exchange experiences at a time when we need to return the elements of media credibility, pointing out that Iraq is experiencing a major setback in the field of media as a result of what we are witnessing of inferior actions.”

He continued, “We hope that Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr will rise above the leaked recordings, and he is qualified for that, noting that the selection of the presidents of the republic and the ministers must be expedited, which represent urgent demands to restore stability and restore the prestige of the state.”

And Al-Amiri added, “The demands of the people should be achieved, foremost of which is sovereignty, the fight against corruption, and the administration of justice, adding that we are serious about resolving the prime minister’s file to complete the rest of the constitutional entitlements and expedite the formation of the government.”

He called on Kurdish politicians to resolve the issue of the President of the Republic, as well as the framework to resolve the issue of the Prime Minister.

He pointed out that “we will not allow this thorny circumstance to turn into an umbrella for passing suspicious agendas, just as we will not allow Iraq to be part of the Zionist plans.”

Al-Amiri said that “Iraq cannot be part of the economic system to serve the Zionist entity, and that with the will of the honest and loyal Iraqis, the interests of the Zionist entity will not be achieved.”

Al-Amiri concluded by saying: We value the efforts of Al-Ghadeer Satellite Channel in supporting the Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival
