He added, “Iraq, with its supreme religious authority, its national government, its constitutional institutions, its honorable clans, the heroes of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, the popular crowd, the Peshmerga, the Anti-Terrorism Agency, and societal activities and civil and clan organizations, managed to defeat terrorism and line up epics and heroics for the sake of community harmony and sustainable security.”
He went on to say, “Iraq has become the world’s story of sacrifice, redemption, and distinguished Iraqi zeal, and the popular position today and government institutions to provide relief to those affected in brotherly Syria and friendly Turkey, is the best evidence that the Iraqi people are a generous people and will remain generous,” praising the role of the Supreme National Committee that works tirelessly to write National strategy to prevent terrorism.
