Zarif: Iran has no problem with Saudi Arabia

Zarif said: “From the very beginning, we stressed that the issue in Yemen is not militarily resolved and now they have to end the war that they decided to resolve in a matter of weeks, rejecting all political solutions.

Zarif said: Iran has no problem with Saudi Arabia, and Riyadh wants to win the military wars and this is far from being achieved and will not be achieved.

Zarif said that Iran is ready to change the situation in the region and called on Saudi Arabia to dialogue, stressing that it is “the only peaceful solution” to the crises in the region.

Zarif said that “no one can buy security, security is achieved in cooperation.” He added: “End the genocide of the Yemeni people and the Afghan, Syrian and Lebanese and Iran’s table extended to all.”

He continued: “We have offered dialogue with Saudi officials and it is for the benefit of all the countries of the region,” he continued: “Since 1985 we put forward the dialogue and presented it to the United Nations, but others rejected it.”

Zarif stressed that “I do not know that there is contact from Saudi Arabia, but we are ready to change the situation in the region, and must stop bombing the Yemeni people, dialogue is the only peaceful solution to the region.”
