Five More Daesh Hideouts Destroyed in Diyala.

Iraqi forces with Iraqi PMF “Hashed al-Sha’abi” on Wednesday destroyed five more Islamic State (IS) hideouts in the province of Diyala, as a comprehensive operation is ongoing in the region.

They were targeted in Diyala’s districts of Khanaqin and Jalawla, Diyala Police Chief Faisal Kazim al-Abadi said, adding that the military campaign was part of a third phase of “Will of Victory” operation.

The police chief additionally noted that they will not stop until they arrest all of the Daesh terrorists and destroy their hideouts.

The sleeper cells of the terrorist group still impose a threat to the civilians in the region.
